HOW TO USE

Massage before bathing or showering, without wetting the skin or the brush. You may use gentle, slow motions for a relaxing effect or faster short strokes, which are more stimulating. Begin with the soles of the feet, working upward toward your buttocks, in the direction of the heart. Follow the lines of your veins and long muscles. When you reach your back, direct your strokes from the spine and outward to the sides. Massage your forearms and arms likewise toward the heart, from the wrists to the shoulders. Finally, use very gentle clockwise circular motions to massage your stomach and chest area.

Apply the right amount of pressure for you. Most people like more intensity on the thicker parts of the skin and less in more sensitive areas.
